The Asia Clean Energy Summit (ACES) is in its 11th edition, happening from 22-24 October at Marina Bay Sands (Singapore), and is organised by The Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS) in conjunction with Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW). ACES will provide a common platform for regional thought leaders in both the public and private sector to collaborate on critical issues and opportunities in harnessing clean energy for the future.

Singapore ranked first two years in a row as ASEAN leader in energy transition efforts, urged to establish robust carbon trading system, survey reveals


Singapore was ranked first by professionals in the energy sector for the second year in a row as leading in energy transition efforts in the ASEAN region. Conducted by the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS) with 250 individuals from the ASEAN energy sector, the annual ‘State of the Energy Transition in ASEAN’ survey saw close to 95% of respondents voting for the city state, with Malaysia ranking second and Thailand and Vietnam tied in the third spot.

1 GW Conditional Approval Awarded to SEAS Pathfinder Consortia for Cross Border Clean Energy Import from Indonesia to Singapore.


Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS), is honoured to share that EDP Renewables APAC, Keppel and Vanda RE (a joint venture between Gurin Energy and Gentari) have each separately received conditional approvals from the Energy Market Authority of Singapore (EMA) for the long-term import of a combined 1 gigawatt (GW) of clean renewable energy from Indonesia to Singapore.
