Sun Cable is developing the world's largest solar farm and battery storage facility in the Northern Territory, Australia with a transmission system totalling almost 5000km (~4200km subsea) from generation site to user, supplying Darwin and Singapore with reliable and competitively priced renewable electricity. Known as the Australia-Asia PowerLink, this marquee project to Singapore is the first of its kind but the first of many, with the potential to position Australia, Singapore and others as world leaders in intercontinental transmission of renewable electricity.
