Chris Mitchell is a corporate and projects lawyer based in Norton Rose Fulbright’s Melbourne office with extensive experience in advising clients on regulated and unregulated M&A transactions in a variety of industry sectors but with a particular focus on the energy, infrastructure and oil and gas sectors.
He advises both local and international investors on energy and infrastructure investments. His experience also extends to advising project developers acquiring early stage projects, assisting with project development initiatives having regard to future divestment strategies and structuring competitive but efficient sale processes to enhance equity value on divestment.
In addition to his projects and M&A experience, Chris regularly advises listed clients on equity markets transactions and all aspects of corporate governance and securities law issues.
