Stefano Falconio entered the renewable energy sector in 2007. From 2007 to 2010, he was in charge of RE scouting in Italy, researching sites and developing RE plants for 15 MW and 60 million euros of procured investments. From 2010, he started developing RE plants abroad, mainly in Albania (36 MW of wind), Senegal (20 MW of PV), Iran (10 MW of PV) and Cuba. He worked at RE projects in Brazil, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia too. Since 2015 he is responsible for overseas development on behalf of Carlo Maresca spa, for whom he continued the￼ RE development in Albania, Cuba, Georgia, Senegal, Iran and Kazakhstan.
