Dr Robert Huva
Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (NUS - SERIS)
Dr. Robert Huva is a meteorologist heading the numerical modelling in the Solar Potential and Energy Meteorology group of the Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore. He obtained his PhD from the University of Melbourne where he analysed meteorological influences on future high-renewable energy scenarios for Australia. Robert joined SERIS shortly after completing his PhD in 2015 and is now an active researcher in the field of Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) and, in particular, Data Assimilation (DA) for improving initial condition error. His expertise include NWP, DA, Optimisation and Synoptic systems.
